1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph70 ("ph70", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph70.pro ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

ph70 is a PAGCOR-regulated online casino platform operated for the benefit of Filipino players across the Philippines, including but not limited to players in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and other regions of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

By accessing, registering on, or using the ph70 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph70 platform.

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on ph70, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ph70 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any way.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, group, organization, or entity. Each ph70 account must represent a single individual only.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of ph70, PAGCOR, or any gaming software supplier currently contracted to ph70, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory body.
• You have not previously had a ph70 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To use the ph70 Platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. ph70 may require additional identity documents as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") compliance processes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ph70 account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform. This includes accounts opened using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or GCash/Maya accounts belonging to the same individual.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph70 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph70 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

You agree to notify ph70 immediately at support@ph70.pro if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

ph70 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, voter's ID, or driver's license. ph70 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph70 accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ph70 account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours depending on the originating bank. ph70 does not charge any deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ₱50. ph70 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with notice to players via the Platform.

4.4 Prohibited Deposits

You must only deposit funds that you personally own and that originate from lawful sources. Depositing funds obtained from illegal activity, funds belonging to a third party, or funds intended to circumvent AML regulations is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by ph70 within one to four business hours of submission during operating hours. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya wallets are typically completed within minutes of ph70 processing approval. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the withdrawal page of the Platform. Players with higher-tier VIP status may qualify for elevated withdrawal limits.

5.3 Withdrawal Method Requirements

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph70 account. ph70 will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets registered under a different name than the ph70 account holder.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Certain bonus funds and free bet winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are detailed in the relevant bonus terms. ph70 reserves the right to apply a standard wagering requirement of 1x the deposit amount before processing any withdrawal where the system detects deposit-withdrawal activity inconsistent with genuine gaming use.

5.5 KYC for Withdrawals

ph70 may require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account tenure. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR and AMLA. ph70 will not penalize players for providing documentation but will delay withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ph70 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and time limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ph70 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, colluding with other players to abuse bonus structures, and exploiting promotional terms through patterns inconsistent with normal gaming behavior. ph70 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire as detailed in each promotion's specific terms. ph70 is not obligated to remind players of expiring bonus balances.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Availability

The games available on ph70 are determined at ph70's sole discretion and may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice. Not all games may be available in all regions or to all player tiers.

7.2 Malfunctions

ph70 uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software from licensed third-party game providers. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error that affects the outcome of a round, ph70 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed. The decision of ph70 regarding technical malfunctions is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. ph70 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time. Players found to be circumventing bet limits through coordinated play or account splitting may have their accounts suspended.

7.4 Disputed Rounds

If you dispute the outcome of any gaming round, you must submit your complaint to ph70 customer support within 72 hours of the event. ph70 maintains complete game logs for all rounds and will review disputes based on its records. Game logs are considered definitive evidence of round outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph70 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where warranted:

• Using automated scripts, bots, AI tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, and payment fraud
• Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose or in a manner that violates the Philippine AMLA
• Exploiting software bugs or errors — any discovered bugs must be reported immediately to ph70 support
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward ph70 staff or other players
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's backend systems
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Permitting or facilitating access to your ph70 account by a third party
• Placing bets on behalf of any person who is excluded, suspended, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph70 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, animations, and user interface design — is the property of ph70 or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaty obligations.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph70 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the ph70 Platform without the express written consent of ph70.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ph70 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph70 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph70 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. Your personal data is used for account management, KYC compliance, AML reporting, fraud prevention, customer support, and where applicable, marketing communications you have opted into.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

The ph70 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph70 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the accuracy of game results, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

11.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph70's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Excluded Losses

ph70 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the ph70 Platform, even if ph70 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

12 Responsible Gaming

ph70 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its players. ph70 offers the following responsible gaming tools, which you may activate at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your ph70 account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and maximum session durations to manage your time on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a chosen period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by ph70

ph70 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where ph70 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms
• Your account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful purposes
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Continued operation of your account poses a legal or regulatory risk to ph70
• You are a minor or have been found to be under the age of 21

Upon termination for breach, ph70 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the account, including both deposited funds and bonus winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

13.2 Termination by Player

You may close your ph70 account at any time by submitting a written request to support@ph70.pro. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC requirements being met.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph70, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation in good faith. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes related to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, players may also lodge a formal complaint with PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures. ph70 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ph70 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph70 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing a notice on the Platform homepage and, where applicable, by sending an email notification to registered players' email addresses on file.

Your continued use of the ph70 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure under Section 13.2 above.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page supersedes all prior versions. ph70 recommends that players review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
